Lance O'Donnell is a famous socialite who lived in New Mombasa, in the east African country of Kenya [1]. The top floor of his former residence, Ivory Tower, is currently used as a public park.
Trivia
- His name is a reference to Martin O'Donnell, the Audio Director at Bungie, whose sound studio is called "Ivory Towers."
- It is said that Lance O'Donnell's ghost haunts Ivory Tower level because of the strange noises by the metal door. The strange noises are another reference to Martin O'Donnell, because the sounds are the same as his musical piece Siege of Madrigal, which is playing near the elevator in Ivory Tower. It also is possible that Lance is just trapped behind the door and hasn't died, since the map never changes time.
- Lance is one of Marty's nicknames.
