History
After the Human-Covenant war, Kowloon, much like the capital city Mindoro, experienced an economic post-war boom. The city constructed a new yacht club.
In April 2553, Kilo-Five traveled to Cascade. Vasily Beloi and Malcolm Geffen went to a bar in Kowloon while on shore leave.[1]
