General Kits was a UNSC general of the Marines in 2552. General Kits led the ground portion of The Battle of Sigma Octanus IV and along with 1600 men, tried to capture a city held by the Covenant. He and most of his men were killed in action by the Covenant, as the humans had not yet encountered the Hunters and were unprepared to fight them. General Kits' position on HIGHCOM Security Comittee was taken by Major General Nicolas Strauss upon his death.
