General Kits was a human senior officer of the UNSC Marine Corps in 2552. During the Battle of Sigma Octanus IV, Kitts led 1,600 Marines in a failed attempt to re-take the Covenant-held city of Côte d'Azur.[1] He may or may not have been killed along with the vast majority of his men when Alpha Headquarters and its command office were destroyed by the Covenant.[2]
