Jeremiah Mendez

Template:Ratings Jeremiah Mendez was a member of the United Nations military and a veteran of the Rain Forest Wars. He was the author of A Soldier's Tale: Rainforest Wars, which was considered a military classic by the 26th century. He was most likely an ancestor of Senior Chief Petty Officer Franklin Mendez, the veteran drill instructor of two Spartan programs, who greatly admired the book.
