Isna 'Nosolee was a Covenant Elite. He is called a "veteran", a title which is synonymous with the red armor of a Major Domo Elite.[1]

He was standard infantry, but for the Covenant attack on the Pillar of Autumn, he was made an Ossoona, or "Eye of the Prophets". His mission was to obtain useful intelligence from the UNSC by capturing Cortana and senior personel, and to record everything he saw through use of cameras attatched to his helmet.[1] Through the use of Active Camouflage, 'Nosolee was able to execute his task without detection. He toured the ship's fire control systems and engineering before sneaking onto the bridge of the vessel, where he watched the senior staff closely until he was sure that he had discovered who was the commander of the vessel; Captain Keyes.[2]

'Nosolee then followed Keyes and the senior personnel into a lifeboat, planning to capture the Captain when they arrived on the surface of Installation 04. Keyes noticed the blurr through the Elite's active camo, and shot him.[3] However, when his body was discovered by the rest of the forces of the Covenant, they came to the conclusion that someone was important on the lifeboat, so, with the help of Ensign Ellen Dowski, they managed to capture Keyes and execute the rest of the survivors.
