Insurrection

The Insurrection is the proper name given to the civil war which was fought by the UNSC and the rebels of various planets. Referenced once on the back of the upcoming Halo novel Halo: Contact Harvest, It is likely more facts will be known about it once the book is released. A supporter of the Insurrection is an Insurrectionist. UNSC Marines hold Insurrectionists in low esteem and refer to them as "Innies."
