A Graf/Hauptman Solar/Saline Actuator is a system used by the 2553 Civilian Warthog and the M12 Warthog. It is capable of converting up to 12 liters of fresh, brackish, or salt water into hydrogen quickly and efficiently, compacting any non-convertible detritus within the water on board and allowing a range of 200 kilometers from just overnight condensation catchments.[1]
