Frederick "Fred" Tatasciore (born June 15, 1967) is an American video game voice actor, best known for voicing the Hulk in several incarnations as well as Saren Arterius in Mass Effect.

Tatasciore provided voices for Jiralhanae in Halo 3,[1] and the Truth and Reconciliation's AI in third Terminal of Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary.[2] He also did minor voice acting for Halo 4,[3] and continued working with Bungie as Xûr, Agent of the Nine in Destiny.[4]
