Fred Gordon is a UNSC Marine and a member of Hacksaw Squad. During the UNSC's campaign to retake the shield world Requiem, Gordon and the rest of Hacksaw Squad were deployed to a location on Requiem known as "Fortress." They soon came under heavy attack from hostile Covenant forces. In response, the Template:UNSCship sent Spartan Fireteam Crimson to assist the besieged marines. [1]
