The Facial Recognition Database, also known as the FRD, is an Office of Naval Intelligence database used to identify a person from an image or video. On October 14, 2553, Veta Lopis' Ferret team identified Ota Gallo, a former ONI agent turned Dark Moon operative, using the FRD.[1]
