Trivia
He is named after David L. Pulver, a Canadian writer and games designer responsible for notable role-playing table top games, who was also credited by Warfleet contributor and senior Halo franchise writer Kenneth Peters in the book's acknowledgements. The two previously worked at Steve Jackson Games on GURPS Fourth Edition together.
