The DNBM building where Foxtrot 21 were pinned down by the Covenant
The DNBM Financial Tower was a building located on the planet Reach. During the Fall of Reach, Foxtrot 21 was pinned down on a rooftop by Covenant fire; however, SPARTAN-B312 was able to assist them.[1] It can be assumed that they dealt with peoples' money.
