Pvt. Chips Dubbo (voiced by Andrew McKage) is an Australian marine in Halo 1 and Halo 2. His distinctive dialect, unmistakable smart remarks and laid-back attitude make him instantly recognisable. Chips is particulary good at manning the Warthog's main 12.7x88mm gattling gun.
Dubbo is a town in the state of New South Wales that because of its unique name is recognisable to nearly all Australians.
