Regarding your discussion with BushWookieCamper, xbox live is free for the first month you sign up, then it will start charging you. There is a deal where you can get a one year membership for I think $50. It's one free month plus twelve unfree months for i think $50.

I don't what the deal with the ratings template is but some people use it while some people remove it, so I don't know...

I'm pretty sure you can have an Xbox Free membership but maybe I'm wrong, yes you'd have to go on Bungie.net and download your screenshot, however Bungie wont be doing that much longer so I'm not sure what you'll have to do in the future.
