Flying Dutchman

The Flying Dutchman was the name of a truck that Dutch drove while he was living on Mars, and trying to pay for tuition.[1]

- Dutch remembered the Flying Dutchman during his ONI candidate assessment, and was shown on the screen from his Neural Marker.
- This is a reference to the legendary ghost ship.
