Lieutenant Commander Jilan al-Cygni was the commanding officer of Staff Sergeant Avery J. Johnson during the operation to stop suspected Insurrection attacks against UNSC freighters. She is affiliated with ONI Section Three.
About
She was sent to Harvest to stop Insurrectionist attacks against UNSC freight shipments. She commanded Avery Johnson and Nolan Byrne, and was one of the first Humans to meet the Brutes. During the defense of Harvest, she served valiantly, and led an assault on the Tiara and evacuated the planet before it was glassed. She later has a sexy time with Avery Johnson, and may have gotten married to him.
