Lieutenant Commander Jilan al-Cygni was the commanding officer of Staff Sergeant Johnson during the operation to stop suspected Insurrection attacks against UNSC freighters. She is affiliated with ONI Section Three.[1]
Trivia
- In the nineteenth chapter of Contact Harvest, al-Cygni pulls out was is described as "a small black pistol scarcely larger than her palm." This may be the M6J, an UNSC Army carbine variant described in one of Bungie's weapon updates.
