Foehammer

Summary

Captain Carol Rawley, or Foehammer, is the pilot of Pelican E419 in Halo 1/Halo: The Flood. She is from the Twenty-Third Naval Air Squadron, the same unit as Warrant Officer Polaski. She is on board the Pillar of Autumn when it crashes on Halo and she helps transport marines to the command center while on the planet. She, along with Pelican Bravo 022 perform drops of supplies during the assault on the Silent Cartographer. She then picks up the Chief and brings him to the Flood Containment center in search of Captain Keyes and his pelican, Victor 933. She helps transport the Master Chief and some of the Marines around Installation 04 on numerous other occasions, and she and her pelican appear in almost every level. She dies when her Pelican is shot down by Covenant Banshees while trying to extract the Chief from the wreck of the Pillar of Autumn in The Maw.
