Summary

The Military Resevation 01478-B on Reach was set up by the UNSC as one of their training facilities for Marines and ODSTs. The SPARTAN soldiers trained here as well in 2517 upon their initial induction into the SPARTAN-II program. In 2552, this was the location where the Master Cheif tested his new energy shields for the MJOLNIR Aramor. Finally, Fredric-104 Used this area as a staging point for his spartans during the call of Reach.
