Template:Ratings Lieutenant Green was a Junior Officer in the UNSC Navy [1]. He was a member of the bridge crew on the UNSC Spirit of Fire in 2531. It is speculated that he is the Lieutenant killed by the Arbiter in the beggining of the cutscene "Monsters".
