Summary
Operation: KALEIDOSCOPE as shown on page 122 of the Halo Graphic Novel went off with out a hitch.
As shown on pg 122 the assassination of Jarald Mulkey Ander was accomplished by a black-American similiar in features to Sergeant Avery Johnson. The diagrams on pg 122 cleary show the RED bullet path from the Johnson's sniper rifle to Jarald Mulkey Ander in the jeep.
