- After decades of struggle between the Sangheili and San'Shyuum in the War of Beginnings, the Sangheili finally accept that they must adapt and study their Forerunner relics or face defeat at the hands of the San'Shyuum.[1] The Sangheili warrior priests reluctantly begin using their relics to improve their warships, arms and armor.[2]
