Template:Character Infobox Commander Palmer is a senior officer of the UNSC Navy and the Spartan branch in the years following the Human-Covenant War. She was augmented as part of the SPARTAN-IV Program. In winter 2557,[note 1] she served aboard the UNSC Infinity as the commanding officer of the ship's Spartan contingent.[1]
