Template:FactOrFictionTalk Eric Nylund confirmed that he used American ranks in the novels. Just search Major on Wikipedia.
Yes I'm aware of that. But as I stated before the rank structure is seperate to this. As noone has cited references, I'm removing the FactOrFiction and references to regiment etc. and those numbers. -- Manticore

- It might also interest you to know that the Major disambig page mentions no command numbers, nor does the one specific to the US. -- Manticore
