She was posted at ops, and was competent enough. Her uniform was always pressed and her blond hair trimmed perfectly to regulation. She authored seven physics papers on Slipspace communications. Unfortunately she smiled too much and tried to impress the captain, occasionally by showing up her fellow officers. Keyes dissaproved of such displays of ambition.[1]
After The Battle of Sigma Octanus IV, Hall was somewhat livelier and a better officer. She also served well during The Battle of Reach, having survived both engagements.
Aboard the Pillar of Autumn, Lieutenant Hall was among the officers who were marooned on Installation 04 when the vessel was shot down after the battle of Reach. In Halo: The Fall of Reach she is specifically mentioned as being part of the Autumn's command crew over Installation 04. She and the rest of the bridge crew were killed when the Covenant captured Captain Keyes.
