I use my laptop as a go-between my modem and my Xbox to access LIVE. However, my laptop charger is currently broken, and I haven't been able to access LIVE in awhile. I was wondering if you collect all the skulls offline will you get the achievement when you sign in? Thanks!

Should it be added that this is the only Vidmaster for Halo 3 (Excluding ODST) that people can get without being Gold-member? 'Cause I got it, and I haven't got Gold. H91 13:03, January 30, 2010 (UTC)
