I thought the ship was the Albatross. Cause the bottom part is the same as on Relic. You know?-Uneven elephant

Shields?

Doubtful. That scene where it appears is set in 2517, so humans most likely wouldn't have shields of any kind at that point. They probably just re-used a concept art asset without actually meaning it would actually have a shield generator. My guess is, it's simply a transport.
