That's not an officer in the main picture, in Halo 1 they had absolute pure black armor that didn't shine. The one pictured is regular SpecOps.<br /> [[User:What's His Face|What&#39;s His Face]]

==Aristocrats. A rank?==
==Aristocrats?==

The bit about aristocrats and SpecOps Officers being two ranks below them. In the Beastorium (i apologise for the spelling mistake) it says that a Sangheili aristocrat is simply one that is allowed to weild an Energy/plasma blade/sword and since when playing as the Arbiter in halo 2 you can give swords to SOME of the elites under your command that would make those specops or specops officer elites(but i assume its officers as i turned the brightness on my tv up to max and the "swordless" ones were purple) aristocrats and since also in "another day at the beach" on the halo 2 map pack the minor elite was weilding a sword it would lead me to suggest that an aristocrat isn't a rank as much as a privellage open to elites of all ranks.[[User:Alphacheiftain101|Veros &#39;Murum]] 06:42, 15 July 2008 (UTC)
