Talk:Mausoleum of the Arbiter

From Halopedia, the Halo wiki

As brilliantly sexy as that awesome unregistered (REGISTER, MAN!!!) guy's In Game Combat section is, bits of it (saying who got killed first, an' stuff) is reflective of how he always goes about killing everyone, and should be revised, but that guy is so good at writing (and I'm so lazy) that someone else should do it--not me. But it should be done. guesty-persony-thingy 04:56, 17 March 2007 (UTC)

all the marines can live through the battle if you play it right but either way without an official source from bungie im deleting that part until someone gets bungie to state something here

In Game Combat[edit]

I do dsiagree a little with his story. Not that he did not write it well, it is just from a tactical standpoint it would have not been the right choice. John-117 had one mission, Get to the prophet of Truth FAST. If this were a real situation the Chief would have laid low and used stealth to negate the fight altogether. Not only would purposly involving himself in a fight, possibly cost him his life but the lives of all other UNSC forces affected by him not completing his objective. With the addition of POW's, fighting any forces, unless forced to, would have been far more trouble that it was worth. However i did think he was spot on with the Loyalist vs. the Seperatist point of view. I will try do a revision but not a complete overhaul. I will howeve need someone to proof read, because as you can already tell my spelling and grammer is poor.

---I agree with the above, However, "In Game Combat" implies you mean that this is the story of the game, which is played by the player. You cannot say what happens, as each player plays his own way. Besides, in that mission, most of the UNSC marines often die long before Chief gets there... -Sheedy

Ingame Combat and Final Appearance[edit]

I've removed the bit about combat as the events change depending on how you play, and I've added a bit about the superstructure's apperance in the level Cortana in Halo 3. ProphetofTruth 01:45, 22 December 2007 (UTC)
