We obviously have a bit of a problem here, as Halo 4 designates this installation as "Gamma Halo", but it was also previously designated as "Eta Halo" in the Halo 3 Texture files. However, the name Gamma Halo was originally given to Installation 06 in the Halo 3 Texture files, which is also where we got the designations of all the other rings. Problem is, if we keep 03 as Gamma Halo, then that means 06 no longer has a designation. What should we do about this? Go by the texture files or by the info in Halo 4, which is seemingly contradicting previously established canon?--

:I believe the audio logs in Halo 4 should be regarded as a superior source than texture files which, though canon until proven otherwise, aren't part of the game narrative proper and were never meant to be seen. This does, of course, make the canon status of the other texture file names uncertain - maybe we should move the former names to trivia sections rather than the introductory paragraph. --Jugus (Talk | Contribs) 12:33, 20 November 2012 (EST)
