A six-year old John-117 playing on a beach on Eridanus II; Ehilend looms in the background.

Ehilend is the natural satellite that orbits the planet Eridanus II in the Eridanus system.[1][note 1][note 2]

Notes

  1. ^ While the Bestiarum states that Eridanus II, as well as Ehilend, are located in the Epsilon Eridani system, this can be considered an error, as all evidence in the novels and other fiction contradicts this.
  2. ^ Although stated to have only one moon in the Bestiarum, Eridanus II is depicted with two prominent natural satellites in Halo: Fall of Reach - Boot Camp.
