Dural's armor is confirmed to come from Sanghelios while Jul armor is the Danzhau-pattern intrusion harness which is confirmed to come from Hesduros. I didn't remove the picture because I don't want to cause problems but you should have more respect for canon and continuity, even when 343 themselves don't. If 343 made mistakes you aren't forced to roll with it.

Probably that is Jul himself and the author simple made a mistake and confused them, that would explain why Jul is not depicted in the Encyclopedia. It also doesn't make sense for Dural using the exact same armor as his father considering that he hated him.
