{{Quote|Initially when I started out on this, I did experiment a bit with fusing the typical Halo 4 'armor noise' into a 'loose' interpretation of Issac's design then swung into a more direct interpretation with simpler shapes.  Alot of the simple designs had some very nice chunky, unique silhouette breaking shapes, which I thought would have been a nice break from the typical collection of Halo armors, but eventually alot of the pieces were broken up  and shrunk down to fit more snugly against the frame and avoid any unwanted collision...|Sean Bigham, describing the design process for Prefect.{{Ref/Reuse|SB}}}}
