==Overview==
Fleet Security was one of the major divisions of the Special Warfare Group, and like [[Home Security]], often worked closely alongside [[Covenant Special Operations]].{{Ref/Book|EVG|Page=59}} Fleet Security oversaw a number of specialised [[Sangheili]] special warfare forces. Of particular note, these included the [[Sangheili Ranger|Rangers]] and the [[Stealth Sangheili|Stealth]] forces.

The Rangers served aboard [[Covenant starship]]s as specialists in microgravity combat and [[Extra-vehicular activity|extra-vehicular activities]], and often made use of specialised [[antigravity pack]]s and [[Vacuum suit|vacuum]]-rated [[combat harness]]es. They were occasionally deployed in [[planetary warfare]] to make use of their enhanced mobility.{{Ref/Reuse|EVG}} Stealth units, on the hand, served as an offshoot of the [[Special Operations Officer]]s of Covenant Special Operations and were outfitted similarly.
