===Armament===
The C712 Longsword is a multirole space fighter, and its weapons loadout can be easily modified for different mission requirements. It has eight [[Machine-linked autocannon#M9109 ASW/AC 50mm|M9109 coilguns]] that fire 50mm rounds at enemy fighters and ground forces during tactical strikes.{{Ref/Book|Id=EVG|EVG|Page=112}} There are four [[ASGM-10 missile]]s, which are specialized for use against single targets such as the [[Covenant]] [[Seraph]], although they are powerful enough to deal significant damage to targets not protected by [[energy shield]]s.{{Ref/Game|Id=CEALibrary|HCEA|CEA:Library|Library|Detail=Longsword}} These are typically housed in a rotary launcher within the internal ordnance bay, to protect the missiles prior to launch.
