Escorted by a group of [[Longsword]]s led by [[Knife 26]]. Bravo 001 came under attack by two formations of [[Seraph]] fighters. Its cockpit decompressed and then exploded resulting in its destruction, killing the pilot, Mitchell, but [[Joshua-029]] managed to slow the ship enough for the Spartans to jump out of it, though with heavy casualties (four Spartans were killed, including [[Malcolm-059]] in the initial jump), before Bravo 001 crashed into a mountain on Reach and was destroyed. |
