Between April 22 and July 24 of 2552, they sent Catherine-B320 "UNSC PRIORITY TRANSMISSION 00106C-54" sending her and Emile-A239 to investigate asteroid TC-858 after a very old piece of alien technology was found that acted like a gateway to an unknown location with unknown hostile aliens.[1]
