Unidentified receptionist

The Unnamed Receptionist is a receptionist at an UNSC base in Sydney, Australia.
She is a young Petty Officer who Lieutenant Wagner thinks might know about the secret of the fall of Reach due to increased security measures and hopeless faces on high ranking officers.[1]
Wagner thought to see if she could be recruited into ONI.[2]
