Regulation 3A-950 is a protocol set by the United Nations Space Command. It states that standard Mjolnir [GEN2] armor configurations are available for all new Spartan-IV recruits.[1] It also states that recruits have access to one Mjolnir armor configuration upon enlisting in the Spartan branch.[2]
