It was located right across an unknown lake in South Voi, near Traxus Factory Complex 09.

- It is probably owned and maintained by Traxus Heavy Industries, who has several factories in the Voi area.
- You can see the complex by looking outside the fans near the main playing area on the Halo 3 multiplayer level, Foundry.
