:Halsey's personal journal states that rather than flash-cloning just her brain, she cloned herself entirely using the mothballed equipment from the Spartan-II cloning, but she focused on brain development at the cost of the rest of their bodies. Halsey's personal journal states that rather than flash-cloning just her brain, she cloned herself entirely using the mothballed equipment from the Spartan-II cloning, but she focused on brain development at the cost of the rest of their bodies.
