TTR baton

Template:Ratings TTR Batons are UNSC technology used in conjunction with Tactical Training Rounds (TTR).[1] They are made of blue metal.
When the anesthetic from TTR hardens the nanofibers in training suits, the TTR baton can be used to reverse it. Once the baton passes over the uniform's nanofibers, circuits inside the baton relax the fibers.[2]
Petty Officer First Class Healy used a TTR baton to revive almost all of the Harvest Colonial Militia trainees after a training exercise near Harvest's reactor including Staff Sergeant Nolan Byrne when he was hit by "spatter off the tire."[3]
