T. B. Williams

He was part of the 77th Marine Regiment, led by the Master Chief, and was onscene a battle between them and Covenant Loyalists. He wielded a SRS99D-S2 AM Sniper Rifle, and with it, subdued a Brute Chieftain that was responsible for the deaths of more than 23 other Marines.
