Security Station Four is a generic United Nations Space Command term for one of the security stations of an Orbital Defense Platform, known as Cairo Station.

Cairo Station Security Station Four was a UNSC security station aboard Cairo Station. During the First Battle of Earth, Covenant boarders invaded the security station, but were supposedly repulsed by Marines Forces.
