The High Prophetess of Obligation was a High Prophet during the 23rd Age of Doubt. She, along with the High Prophet of Restraint and the High Prophet of Tolerance, led the High Council of the Covenant until 2524.

Controversy

One of the most beloved Prophets at the time, she gave birth to a pair of triplets in 2524, as a result of the sexual expolits between her and the Prophet of Restraint. However, she fell victim to a political shakedown in the Covenant and had to step down from power, replaced by the High Prophets of Truth, Mercy and Regret. [1] Regret, as part of a deal with the Prophet of Restraint, agreed to say that the triplets were his own.
