New Houston

New Houston is a human colony world, governed by the Unified Earth Government. It is the homeworld of Spartan Oscar-129, who escaped Office of Naval Intelligence custody in 2525 alongside four others after recovering from the augmentation in an attempt, only to discover that his kidnapping was covered up via flash clone. Oscar later committed suicide shortly after the revelation and ONI recovered the body. New Houston's fate after the Human-Covenant War is unknown.
