New Albany was a city located on Lombard on the UNSC colony world of Draco III. It was the birthplace of Edward Buck.[1] The city was most likely named for the city of Albany, capital of New York State, in the United States.
In 2557, Nova Austin Station in Mindoro offered flights to the city.
