The city-state of Moram
Moram is a state on the Sangheili base world of Malurok.[1]
History
The State of Moram was the home state of former Arbiter Ripa 'Moramee.[2] Prior to his appointment as Arbiter, 'Moramee attempted to usurp his own Kaidon, leading loyal forces in an attempt to assassinate the clan's leadership. The warlord's coup failed, and he was tried and imprisoned for his crimes.[3]
