Khutors is a major city on the Outer Colony of Talitsa, loosely under the control of the Unified Earth Government. In 2493, 2516, and 2520, several major uprisings occurred in Khutors and other major population centers of Talitsa, including Bedinka, Irbit, and Yushala.[1]
